In a sense, we are already in a Civil War. The left with a multitude of "Sanctuary Cities" and States. Now the right is joining the movement with Sanctuary Counties.

I consider myself as a Patriot of the Republic and have watched the Republic being torn asunder long enough to believe we are headed for a large Secession. Only this time around it won't be geographical. It will be the "rest of the counties/states" cutting ties with the mega metro complexes in the country. Who knows what it will look like and if we could get there without violence.
