CTH held off reporting on this explosive story until we could see if a tell-tale consequence surfaced; perhaps it has. On Friday the National Security Council senior director for European and Russian affairs, Andrew Peek, was escorted from the White House grounds and is currently under a security investigation.
There are few details about why Peek was physically removed and is under a very serious investigation; however, some of Andrew Peek’s professional background details tell a story. The connection to Gen. John Allen is a MASSIVE warning flare.
Andrew Peek, the senior director for European and Russian affairs at the National Security Council, has been placed on administrative leave pending a security-related investigation, people familiar with the situation tell Axios.

I’d guess a setup, with Peek taking the bait.
Worse, it seems Soleimani was trying to engineer a replay of the Carter Iran hostage crisis and or the Benghazi attacks by assaulting and taking over American Embassies world wide to torpedo Trumps re election chances.
There have been recent meetings with John Kerry and the Iranian leaders only discussing resistance to Trump

Good info. The entire article is worth the read.
National security is important and so is the war on waste, fraud and abuse. But the balance has be based on legal and regulatory process, not deep state hackery.
Sundance accuses Peek of being a mole, then offers NOT ONE SHRED of evidence to support his accusation. In other words, typical Sundance. He bases his entire accusation on the fact that Peek, for a short time while stationed in Afghanistan, served as an adviser for a General who is a flaming liberal. Obviously, Sundance has never served in the military...
We will find out why Peek was fired when we find out. But it won’t be from CTH.
Bout time it got ugly.
Understand, Peek was a lowly Army Reserve Capt on a 1 year deployment, where he was assigned to Gen Petraeus, who was replaced by Gen Allen. His known “ties” to Allen are too weak to hang him just yet.
If you really want to follow the “Gen Allen Trail”, after his military service, Allen served as an adviser to Secretary of State John Kerry. He was then designated by Obama as ‘Special Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition against ISIL’. Meaning he was likely up to his eyeballs in Operation Timber Sycamore, supporting Sunni Muslim Extremists attempting to overthrow Assad in order for the Saudis and Qataris to build their NG pipeline through Syria. Kerry obviously supports Iran, but Timber Sycamore is clearly anti-Iran.
Allen also serves on Trump’s Homeland Security Advisory Council, so Trump must not be too worried about him. Of course, hiring those who hate him has not worked out well in the past.
Sycamores make nice shade trees, but as "timber" they are not very useful.

Peek was also the boss of Schiffs star witness Lt Col Vidman.

As a kid, I had two huge sycamores in my yard, and two huge mulberries. Come fall, I hated both. I would have gladly made timber out of them. No shade in summer would have sucked.
