Many of them insert plugs up there to stem leakage after anal sphincter is unable to contract enough. I know of some GI surgeons who try and do surg to tighten it up. Self destructive behaviour. Moral or not. Enuf to send em to a shrink.....love or no love. Very sad to see and hear about.
