Obviously, there have been a large number of real estate transactions in Union City and each of those had a buyer and seller or a lessor and lessee.
Each party has been a willing participant in these real estate transactions.
The economics is blind to demographics.
This is not about Union City (in my county); it is about Union Township (in Union County).
