Nonsense. Look at my profile page. I have had this account since 2002. I became a public school teacher in 2004 in Los Angeles, one of the most liberal places in the country. What's more, they knew I was former military. They hired me. I have taught for 16 years and let me tell you, they can suggest and pressure all they want, but they don't have the manpower to sit in your class and ensure you are teaching what they want.
What's more, most principals don't CARE what you teach. If you are in that room with those kids and no fires are started, and most of them get a passing grade, keeping the school's graduation rate decent, and you don't have a lot of discipline problems, and all your paperwork is in order, you can teach what you want. I have had the kids reading articles from Breitbart, Townhall, you name it.
We can blame the liberals all we want but the sad fact is, they knew early on that "the hand that rocks the cradle rules the world," and they acted accordingly. Conservatives refused to get involved, and now we are reaping the whirlwind.

Take lots of pictures. Anyone who objects to or tries mightily to avoid being photographed may be assumed to be a false-flagger and must be kept under surveillance.
If that is the case, then True patriots should carry zip ties and grab provocateurs, and cuff them and drag them over to police.

We have fallen for the “protective bubble” indoctrination lock stock and barrel. They have successfully trained us to never stick our necks out or we might get hurt. Self over much more important priorities.
But we are fine with racing cars, riding motorcycles, skydiving, free climbing rock faces, getting married, Etc. We don’t fear all the other potentially life threatening actions in life. But we won’t cowboy up and go grab this bull by the horns...

He has to keep his conservative “light” under a bushel. He lost his last teaching position because his employer discovered what his politics were. I don’t know what alternative universe you are living in, but it ain’t the one out here in real world Florida, where mortgage payments need to be made each month.
I mention my account date so that you understand that I was a conservative BEFORE I became a teacher. And my world is just as real as yours. If you think it’s tougher in Florida than in Los Angeles, I scoff in your general direction. I don’t know what your friend really did to get fired, but I am telling you: the only thing stopping conservatives from becoming teachers is their flat refusal to do so.

No, but the pro 2nd amendment people should shift their tactics. They can send a carefully selected delegation to the state house. That delegation should consist of politicians, members of law enforcement, and lawyers.
Everyone else should plan on multiple demonstrations at locations all around Richmond and the rest of the state. Places like highway overpasses, shopping center entrances, police stations, and other visible public locations. Those demonstrations should be planned today, and not publicly announced to avoid counter protests and disruptions.
Groups of planned protests all over that are moving and maneuvering are more effective at getting the message out.
A few thousand demonstrators could just decide to visit every Starbucks in the area in groups of twenty or thirty, or converge on a few major points of interest at selected times. Use mobility, surprise, and lots of flags and signs.
Everyone saying don’t go is saying that.
It’s time to stop being intimidated.
A huge crowd will not fit into their cage anyway and the smart ones will not enter.
You don't walk into an OBVIOUS trap/ambush. Ray Charles can see this is a setup. You do NOT fight the enemy on their high ground unless you have to - and right now we don't have to do that. That is against every strategy known to the arts of war.
