Yeah, seems like there are quite a few where we are now that it’s legal. At least more obvious. Some one posted “I don’t smoke pot all the time. But when I do it’s every day.” Okay loser. And, we know it’s not for medical use. Nice example for the grandkids. Of course they could be drunk. Oh, wait. They drink to excess too sometimes. Sigh!

If I can smell it coming from the car in front of me on the road or drivers staggering through parking lots, I have to believe police officers can as well.
