Seems par for the course with Mattis. It was reported the anonymous author who sought to damage POTUS was Mattis’s speech writer. No denials were given when he was outed.
Given the disrespect shown to the Constitution in the Age of Trump by the military brass I won’t be worrying the next time a Democrat POTUS eviscerates the military budget. They’ve earned it.
I agree - they really showed absolutely no respect for POTUS and his point of view - it’s like they thought they had to baby talk him. Incredibly condescending - IF true, that is.
I wonder how they feel about the killing of General Salami. I bet none of them would have had the guts. Trump thinks outside of the box - probably mostly unknown in DC.
