Whoever organized this rally should be prepared to engage in a substantial level of skilled surveillance / countersurveilance.

they are, people are going to protesting in small teams
and filming everything at all times. The teams will be
close enough to each other to help and to film clearly.
I fully expect that half the crowed will be armed with
sidearms. there will undoubtedly be a few stupid sob's
who show-up with long guns but the organizers will
be assuming that those individuals are provocateurs
and measures will be taken to reduce the chance of
an incident as far as possible.
