The problem in MA would be that you would lose your right to carry based on the conviction depending on the status.
Even if they continue to reanimate Ginsberg, I don't see anything in that which would stand up to SCOTUS examination. Disenfranchising someone's right to vote and carry a gun for a direct protest of the banning of them carrying a gun? I doubt any federal court wants to go down that avenue in any form or fashion. Even the 9th has tossed convictions like that.
But what right to carry would survive these laws?
