Nanzi resurrected the “disqualification clause” and sneaked it into the articles.

She knows full well, Trump will not be removed, so she snuck in "disqualification"
which gives her power to prevent him from taking office ............even if reelected.

The articles stipulate: even if he is reelected, the House has deemed Trump’s actions to be so egregious it further
warrants "disqualification from holding and enjoying any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States."

But it has to be ratified (or whatever) by the Senate?

And is it subject to Supreme Court oversight?

I believe it would be.

She could insert the words: “all Republicans must give all Democrats all their money”. Doesn’t make it so.

Disqualification is a potential punishment upon conviction, and the House cannot dictate the punishment.
