More like she is just cuffing incompetent. With so many deserving and highly motivated youth, and particularly females, of color out there, Affirmative Action ends up selecting the least motivated and whiniest bunch of losers for their programs for “advancement” of the “underprivileged”.

Indeed it does. Right now the inmates are running the asylum. There is a mayoral election and one candidate - he’s Indian by descent, served as an assistant US Attorney - has some really good ideas. Whether he can win we shall see. But even bland people Can see changes must be made.
