yes the tide is turning for older workers since Generation Tide Pod are super entitled, ignorant and lazy (generally speaking)

Women who are college educated, turn up their noses at men without a college degree, even if the man out-earns them.
Other men see this, and see, "why bother trying" and they drop out.

This is where all the factory workers went. More like their kids and grandkids. Towns got decimated. Some could move on and actually do better, others can’t. I used to get into big fights mostly on YouTube pointing this out because all the globalist sellouts had only one answer....go to college. I pointed out not everyone is capable. Not one of them had a coherent answer to the problem and would usually just start insulting me as lazy, etc. even while I was a college graduate myself.

Today I had to go into a bank. Usually I do everything over the internet but this was a rare occasion. The young kids sitting there pretending to be tellers were all sipping giant sodas. ( Not that they needed any soda.) They weren’t well groomed and were not very focused. How can banks hire people like that?
I know a guy who runs his own business in central Maryland.
He employs a great number of Millennials. He can’t say it enough, “Millennials are the bane of mankind.”

I agree there are an astonishing plethora of laws that someone can be arrested for breaking, but 110 MILLION people? That’s literally one third of the country! I’d like to see their statistics, honestly.
