What role would Chief Justice Roberts play in a possible trial? Based on his decisions on Obamacare and the exclusion of a question on the 2020 Census involving citizenship, Roberts is likely compromised. Can he use his position as presiding judge to disallow testimony by the Bidens or Eric Ciamarella while allowing the witnesses Schiff used to testify?

According to Mark Steyn on Rush, Roberts would be something like a facilitator or moderator. Even though he’s a judge, he isn’t a judge in this setting. At least that’s how I understood it.
