Even if if did have the votes, the Resolution would have to be sent to the President for it to have the force of law.

So? It’s a “resolution”, not a bill..so holds no legal bearing.

Even IF it was a bill, and IF the Senate approved it (doubtful, given the 60 votes needed), POTUS would veto it.

That’s what seriously tweaks me off about all this - it’s all for show and has NO bearing on what POTUS can, or can’t do.
