The immune system exists to protect humanity from extinction. Normally a person’s immune system does not know that its host is not one of the last two humans on earth. However, human immune systems have learned that, during times of agricultural overcrowding, we are not in danger of extinction. Therefore the immune system can sacrifice individuals for the purpose of making the species more disease resistant.
How does the immune system recognize agricultural overcrowding in order to subject hosts to disease and death? Humans consume carbohydrates when they rely on agriculture. Carbohydrate ingestion subjects us to disease.
So, we’re supposed to eat meat, fish, and fat exclusively?
Food for thought. Thank you.
