For less profit the ‘tech’ companies could offer products amenable to Common Law.

But thanks to idiots they don’t have to.
They just have to look at their profits to decide what the law should be and idiots will support them.

I don’t support turning over the lessons of millenia just so companies can make an extra buck.

But I know I’m on the losing side here LOL!
‘Tech’ companies literally own the public square LOL!

Offer products that guarantee the government can access them? That’s not common law. The government has a right to search, not to succeed. And storage makers are under no legal obligation to ensure the DOJ can always break in.

You must think if we bury treasure that we have to make sure to leave a map somewhere the Government can always access it if they “need” to. LOL
