Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) sent a public warning shot on Monday night, saying that if Republicans support Democrats' impeachment witness requests then he will force votes during the trial on calling witnesses conservatives want to hear from.
"My colleagues can’t have it both ways. Calling for some, while blocking others," Paul tweeted referencing a Politico report on a similar private warning his gave GOP colleagues against supporting Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer's request that former national security adviser John Bolton testify.
"If we are going to give a platform to witnesses the Dems demand, I look forward to forcing votes to call Hunter Biden and many more!" Paul continued.

IMO, the Biden who should be testifying, is Joe. Ask him about withholding aid to force the firing member of a Ukrainian official. Ask him if he knows what ‘quid pro quo’ means. Ask him to solve the expression: 2 + 2 = ?
Rand Paul is another Rino who can’t be counted on to be anything but a traitor to our country! GOP needs to find patriots to challenge Collins, Paul, Murkowsky, Lee, when they run for re-election.

Local pundit said if a few guilty Dems are implicated then a few GOP will be and then more and more as this is the way things are done in both parties: bribery, sweet deals, collusion and coverups involving other countries that cause low paid public servants like Pelosi to have an estimated personal net worth of $124-126 million. They all want that to continue and to be kept covered up.
McConnell has repeatedly telegraphed there will be no witnesses. There were no witnesses in the Clinton impeachment so there sure won’t be for Trump.
