Not the “wall” I wanted butt, baby steps..... Should be a hundred yards (minimum) south of the Rio Grande.
So how does it work with a wall like this? Is the wall built on U.S. property, Mexican property, or some designated “no man’s land”? If it were on U.S. property, couldn’t “they” claim to be in the U.S. on the Mexican side of the wall? Curious.
