Hmm....Washington DC with an asterisk. American Samoa is a territory of the USA, not in the USA proper.
Now the goals of the Palestine Authority are anathema to the state of Israel, yet Israel has given the PA has limited autonomy. So I’d have to put a double asterisk there. Is the capital of Bethlehem equal to Jerusalem (Israel) or East Jerusalem (Palestine Authority)? Quite a few countries have diplomatic relations with the PA separate from diplomatic relations with Israel.
At the same time, I supported relocating the American Embassy to the actual capital of Israel.

They are backing off now. Trying to split the baby by cancelling the question.
That is a shame. They were right the first time. They should stick to their guns.

But Bethlehem is in Israel. Palestine is not a country. It is an Israeli protectorate, albeit a maniacal one.
