They have no concern over what we think one way or the other.....they opperate according to control of elections and candidates, as well as the count and how they can change it.

Yup. That pretty much sums up Bob Barr in a nutshell. Not only that, he personally donated his time pro-bono to Lon Horouchi.
I consider it extraordinarily unlikely that my skepticism of Barr will ever be proved to be unwarranted.
They may well not think we're stupid. The fact is though, they know that we are powerless to do anything at all about it. Ultimately though, the fact that the government can not be believed in anything they say is corrosive to our republic.
The "Epstein kill himself" meme is pretty destructive to their authority. I know that many people have finally come to the conclusion that there are 2 types of folks in this country. Them and us. The full force of all law applies to us, but doesn't apply at all to them, even those against murder.
Interesting that there are no shills arguing that of course it was suicide.

Actually, there are plenty of shills out there claiming exactly that, calling any contrary claims a 'wild right-wing conspiracy theory'. That, despite the fact that the pretty much universal understanding that Epstein was murdered is hardly a even mainly a right-wing phenomena. The claims of these shills follows the 'official' word on the subject. I believe it is this aspect of it that bothers me the most about the entire thing. It is clear that the government decided that his continuing to consume oxygen was simply too dangerous to too many very influential people in government, hollywood, and business. This should really frighten us all, and I'm quite sure it has frightened many who might otherwise publicly call bullshit on the entire thing. This guy ran what a bordello of effectively enslaved underage children for very rich and powerful people who are apparently into such things, yet the woman who apparently 'recruited' these kids is still out there walking around. 'In hiding', at least as far as the public is concerned, but anyone who thinks the U.S. government couldn't locate her in an hour is a fool, at best.
It is apparently U.S. government policy that pedophiles are exempt from our 'justice' system. This is what the meme 'Epstein didn't kill himself' really means.
Everyone knows it, but feels powerless to do anything about it, because what it's actually going to take to bring sanity back to the District of Criminals is that some of these folks are going to have to be hung from lampposts, and I'm not speaking figuratively about this. They believe they are immune. So far they are right.
Of course they did...that’s what they do. Anyone who thought Epstein would survive once arrested and jailed knew he’d be gone one way or another. I don’t see that as a problem at all as it saved a lot of money to convict him. Plus he left a trail of evidence and people holding the bag behind him who will certainly ‘talk’.
