I like to think in terms of water, or fluid.
Burisma was a holding tank with a pipe to the Ukraine money pot. From Burisma, there was a valve controlling the flow and a large diameter pipeline. Corporate directors and their lawyers operate the numerous valves
From that point the plumbing becomes a very complex interconnection of manifolds with smaller valves connected to smaller diameter pipes that connect to banks scattered all over. There might be a concentration of small pipes leading to banks and corporations in say Switzerland or Lichtenstein or Panama.
Those banks say Barclays or DeutschBank or a Swiss boutique bank in Zurich hold the accounts of holding companies with downstream small diameter valves and pipes to yet other corporations.
If we select a person, Barack Obama or his daughter, they would bill a designated company for some service and receive money in a bank issued to that bank account in say the Cayman Islands. These days, that money transfer is likely electronic with no actual paper check.
Both Barack and his daughter have Mastercards issued by the offshore bank used to make purchases within the boundaries of the USA. Monthly on standing direction, the bank pays the outstanding MasterCard bill from funds on foreign deposit. The money never actually travels to the USA. Rather, debits and credits are made on bank ledgers located who knows where.
In the case of Malia, Michelle would direct her offshore lawyer to fax (perhaps e mail) her Cayman Islands company to arrange a payment by certified check from the US branch of the Cayman Islands bank in the amount of her semesters tuition directly to the university bursar.

It may also be that Burisma being an international corporation may also have an inlet pipeline conncted to pipes with a money flows from outside the Ukraine.
For instance, there might be pipes connected via various banks and pipes and valves to the us treasury. That is, money from the treasury appropriated for shovel ready jobs in say Philadelphia or green enrrgy in Soylandra could flow to the Burisma holding tank for distribution.
The President knows and understands all the mechanism. The DOJ likely has what amounts to PID’s,Piping and Instrumentation Drawings, of the vast corruption array.

It's not up to us to detect photoshopping, particularly with how good it is getting (e.g. deep fakes). It's up to us to display them and assume they might be fake, and even if they are fakes, it mostly doesn't matter. But we should note if the image is not an edited source. A random "friend" on facebook is not an edited source. Whereas sites like Breitbart or Daily Wire are edited sources. Sites like 4 chan, 8 chan, 16 chan, are probably not edited sources, for the most part, although there can be reliable sources even there.

I have given up alcohol mostly because I just don’t drink alone.
I don’t go out much, and it’s just me and my 19 year old son at home. He’s really smart but on the autistic scale. The memory on this kid is amazing. I’ve taught him very advanced history, science and computer networking and test him all the time in games and such, and he rarely misses anything. Anyway, he just doesn’t like the taste of alcohol. I tell him he can have any thing he wants, but he never wants any. I consider that a blessing.
Me I used to be drunk during my military days, I’d be at least tipsy/buzzed every day, and fall down drunk most weekends. That was the culture unfortunately.
Since my divorce 7 years ago, I rarely go out to eat and when I do I still might have one beer but that is maybe once every two months. I used to sip an amaretto at night but I finished that bottle off a couple of years ago and haven’t had time for a new one. I got beers in the fridge, but I think they’re 2-3 years old and probably skunky!
I used to make schnapps with my German farmer friends and I came back to the States in 1997 with ten full bottles. They’re aged 23 years and only 3/4s full due to dehydration. Sometimes I think I might try a shot but then I think Nah, don’t want. It’ll give me heartburn.
Again, I had no religious, ethical or health reason to give up drinking I just don’t except rarely.
That’s strange in a way but I do what ever I want nowadays (that I can afford!) and drinking isn’t high on the priority scale.
When I die I’ll have a full liquor cabinet of tasty and old, aged spirits for whoever inherits my estate!
I swear, the modern elites are even more corrupt than Medieval Kings, Princes and Barons or Roman Senators during the days of Caligula.
