We had stellar when we got Roberts. We got two faced deep stater. You did not address Robert’s FISA court problem. If there is to be a trial the President’s defense must include exposing the FISA abuses. What happens when they call the judge to the stand?

“We had stellar when we got Roberts.”

If our Republic succumbs to tyranny, historians should give much credit to the Bush family. George H.W. Bush stopped the Reagan revolution, opened the borders, bailed out the fat cats in the savings & load debacle at taxpayer expense, broke his promise not to raise taxes by implementing the Democrat tax increase, and greased the wheels for the trade deals that gutted US manufacturing.

George W. Bush put Roberts on the court and would have put Harriet Miers on the court if he hadn’t faced rebellion by the GOP in Congress. George W. also tried to get amnesty through Congress and failed to build the border wall Congress approved. He inherited a balanced budget and with the GOP Congress doubled the national debt during his term. His last two years, when the Democrats gained control of both Houses of Congress he played the role of punching bag, declining to fight the leftist agenda. His administration bailed out the banks in 2008, at the expense of the taxpayers, instead of reorganizing the banking system through the bankruptcy process and letting bank stockholders, bondholders, and management take the hit for irresponsible lending and speculation with depositor money in the derivatives markets. He set the stage for Obama’s “change” agenda, just like his father’s gutting of the Reagan revolution set the stage for Bill Clinton.

Roberts is 100% a product of the Bush family big state crony capitalism vision for America. Bush Republicans in Congress, the bureaucracy, and the private sector are as much a part of the resistance to the Trump agenda as Democrats. Look at the behavior of GOP insiders Trump has appointed to office who are more loyal to the deep state than to the administration’s agenda.
