As of May 21, 2019, the NH SOS was showing 5 registered voters in Dixville Notch. 1 dem, 1 rep and 3 unenrolled. The article says one moved away but does not say if they were in a party.
Les Otten ran for Governor in Maine as a Republican, but he is a left leaning republican.
It is possible that the one who moved away was a dem and Les adds to the republican side. Personally, I would be surprised is Les votes in such a way that you could discern who he voted for. IE. be only 2 of 2 republican votes for Donald Trump.
