Yep....because no one has the balls out of fear of committing “arkancide”. Really, who wants to lose that nice govt. TSP and all those fancy perks? There’re no “Wyatt Earps”, “Matt Dillons” or “Elliot Nesses” in this wimpy, snowflake society we live in these days. Other than POTUS Trump, what we have in DC is a bunch ball-less creatures that once resembled men.
