Exactly, no other president has had to contend with such fierce, non stop year’s long assaults by the left and msm as this president has (with perhaps the exception of Pres lincoln)- and for republicans to pull crap like voting to deny this president the right to protect this country from terrorists without lengthy congressional hearings is just plain despicable- it’s like they are kicking a guy in thew teeth when he is down- (Not that the president has been hurt, but they perceive him as weakened by all the assaults I guess, and these jerks on the right are trying to take advantage of it- apparently-)
