The Tor SA-15 missile is vehicle launched. Up to 4 vehicles are controlled by a command vehicle.

The command vehicle, only, has target aquisition radar and can be linked to other ground radar such as the Tehran airport. As the launchers don’t broadcast aquisition radar they are safe from our HARM missiles.

Once the launcher receives a fire command is turns on its engagement radar and launches 5-8 seconds later.

The system is intended to be automatic.
The missile looks like it came from a bunker complex west of Parand. The Pilots might have even saw it coming up at them.
