I heard him correct the word. Not a big deal.
No, he really sounds bad. And every time he does “scripted”, I thought he is just a poor speaker/reader. But maybe it’s more than that.
Trump sometimes stumbles on a word at his rallies. Just as in today’s speech, though, he corrects it within the next sentence or two. He does not simply restate the word correctly. He uses it’s a new sentence with the correct pronunciation. Very few public speakers can do this. Trump is amazing.
