For those who need an oboe player for a symphony, we want the best one. We need a striker for a soccer team, we want to get the best one. We want a farmworker, we want to get the best one. A computer programmer, we want to get the best one. So we should be out looking for more immigrants.

Except for business the "best one" is defined as the one who will work for the lowest wages.

Democrats are anti-American and the party of division and hate.

Yet it's Mike Lee and not some Democrat who is pushing for expansions of H-1B and granting of Green Cards.

The H-1B program provides a critical function. It allows American companies to hire recent PhD students in emerging tech areas and it also allows companies to bring in foreign tech specialists with badly job skills that a company cannot locate an American worker to fill

Lots of jobs in our area have been open for over a year because of no qualified applicants

The problem with H-1B is that companies are abusing the system to hire low grade foreign workers to replace existing American workers with less skilled, cheaper labor

This was not the intent of the program and some companies are defrauding the American people with false H-1B claims
