Now that’s odd. 3 possibilities, at least:
1. The Iranian misleading-men are incompetent at their job.
2. Miss on purpose to make a show for Iranian TV
3. US knew this was coming and our electronic interference is more awesome than we thought.

They did hit the Saudis with precision.
Why not all 3? Their cruise missiles were plenty accurate, though.
On KFI, military expert Brian Suits says Iran informed the Iraqi counterparts this was coming and where, and they of course informed the us military. So this was for the Iranian public, for a good feeling of revenge, but just for show really.
