Just curious.

While I get it that no wall (unless its electrified or has guard towers) is unscaleable, I’m curious as to how these people managed to get so far up it.

No wall is likely to prevent a few people figuring out how to get over in ones and twos, but it will prevent large-scale intrusion. The border patrol can mop up the few who might make it across, something they can’t do when they’re inundated with masses of people coming across in the absence of a wall.
