Buffalo Hump is probably the best meat on a buffalo.
Since the buffs are basically grass fed, they supposedly are better for us to eat than beef.

Australia has large numbers of feral pigs, camels, donkeys, sheep, and other animals (yes, kangaroos too) that were turned loose in the wild or got loose years ago. They represent a threat to native wild species, as well as a disease vector for nasties like hoof-and-mouth disease if they come in contact with domesticated herds.

I have seen herd that stretch for miles. There are not a whole lot of Arabs riding around on camels anymore.
