Liberal Andrea's rude mouth always preceeds her....even Russia's Lavrov scolded her and she was escorted out of the event for her unruly behavior and lack of jouralistic manners at the beginning of a photo-opt between Lavrov and Tillerson.....Lavrov bellowed...."Who was bringing you up? Who was giving you your manners?" ....and Tillerson was seen grinning and chuckling during the exchange.
