You win the Gold Star from petty cash!
What they’re really saying is - these illegals, ahem, foreign nationals/undocumented “immigrants” will do the jobs Americans don’t want to do ... at salaries far lower than the norm for doing the same thing, often with fewer, if any benefits (sick days, holiday pay, etc).
Taking our jobs offshore or bringing offshore to take our jobs devalues the quality, and the experience that our Americans have worked & studied for before being let go for less talented, lesser experienced, lesser paid individuals who are used to being paid lower wages that in some countries is akin to slave labor here in the USA. Who is it that trains these people, right? The Americans train their foreign replacements, and not because they’re voluntarily moving up or on.
This is done “save on costs” but in many cases, it’s to “save on the costs” so that those on top can get higher pay. Sure, the profits skyrocket when you pay slave labor as opposed to paying for the skill, education & experience of our American people.
It’s as stupid as cities building high rises & apartment buildings in cities without bringing precious jobs to the area - okay, you’ve got the place to live, where are you going to work? It won’t be long before we won’t have either.
The incompetents I refer to were making $200,000 plus per year ... and nothing to show for it but a mess for the lawyers.
We should have taught those cotton pickers how to do IT.
Actually, one of the few competent ones down in the trenches and not in leadership was the descendant of cotton pickers.
Cobb County, suburb of Atlanta. Medium prices. Better than Mississippi. But not Californika.
The primary blame is out K-0PHD education system. People are taught what to think and how to feel. But they are not taught how to think. The top 10 leadership (8 natural born citizens, w immigrants) claimed skills in project management, in leadership, in humanizing the workplace.
But they could not think logically, which was necessary for this project to work.
