Mueller looked like a bumbling, clueless old fool during the hearings on his report last year. I began to feel he was merely brought back from pasture to put his “good name” on, and provide cover for, the trash that was being produced and controlled by others in the Special Counsel’s office.
No straight-up investigation of Trump-Russian Collusion could fail to start with determining the sources and validity of the charges. That would have necessarily unraveled all the Brennan machinations, the FISA fraud, etc.
Rosenstein and the Coup Team wrote the SC authorization to assure that the “predicate” was not even considered. Mueller deliberately omitted the possibility that the Steele Dossier and the charges themselves were a Russian interference operation. Doing otherwise would have exposed Russian and Ukrainian collusion with Clinton and the Dems. This was a matter of devious intent, masquerading as incompetence.
