29 Why should he be afraid? This and more is already in NY, CA and others.

VA is going beyond, they are going after all semi automatics- regardless of caliber- Those other states haven’t gone that far yet-

CT followed right after NY's SAFE Act in 2013. The difference between NY/CA/CT and VA is that VA is actually planning for the means to confiscate assault weapons/ all semi-automatic rifles.

Yep- that’s what i had heard/read early on-

I knew when NY rammed through their unconstitutional ‘Safe Act’ under the false claim of ‘Imminent Need’ that they were setting the stage for liberal states to follow since you can’t define an objective criteria for ‘Imminent Need’- it’s an open claim that can’t even be proved- because no matter how many or how few people die from guns, they will always claim “Not one more person should ever die from guns again”, and “We NEED to pass this law to protect innocent lives” That’s precisely how NY got through their “Imminent Need’ unconstitutional law
