I remember Jimmy The Chin Gigante who became a godfather of one of the NY families and posed as a man with dementia for 29 years. IIRC he went to court in his trademark blue bathrobe he wore when he went for walks while the FBI taped.

I guess if he&lawyers is successful with the medical condition and deteriorating health angle, he won’t get to milk the cows at Lompoc, which is the closest he should ever get to a teat in this life.
