Most of the Shiia Parliamentarians voted for the resolution.
The Sunnis and the Kurds DID NOT PARTICIPATE in the vote.
It remains to be seen whether or not this resolution is binding as the Prime Minister has to sign it ( I doubt that he will, does he have the resources to fight a resurgent ISIS? ).
Plus - now President Trump is telling him that if he follows through, he will have to repay billions in what we spent and face sanctions on top of it...I love this President.
