Follow the money, the Deep State Dept, is giving away money to get these states to accept them.

Disappointed but not surprised to see Doug Burgum of North Dakota on the list. My mother used to work for his mother at North Dakota State University. The Burgums are an elitist old money family from the days of land and rural retail, partial heirs to the Gamble-Skogmo fortune which one rivaled JC Penney. His Mama even bought him his own software company (Great Plains) which was later acquired by Microsoft for a tidy profit.

North Dakota has way too many state supported universities and colleges for their tiny population and has to offer reciprocity to bigger states like Minnesota to keep them filled. This is the reason why Omar is an NDSU graduate.

The elitists see North Dakota as too rural, too white and too sparsely populated and third world refugees as the cure for all three "problems".

That would be, our tax money? So, when does the tea hit the harbor?
