in 2022 the limit is 55 gallons a day, and in 2023 it drops to 50 gallons a day.

An 8 min. shower takes about 17 gallons, and a typical load of laundry can take 40 gallons. You would already be over the limit. Of course, you could take a shorter shower.

Perhaps this issue is that it isn’t individual citizens who will have to pay that $10K fine...that is the water district that fails to enforce it.

So the question is...who will enforce it and how will it be enforced?
