Probably really classified, not political gamesmanship by the President. Details of the strike would probably include timelines that could indicate Intel sources. Or details on how they confirmed his presence, ditto. Or the choice of drone and missile could reveal operational capabilities and limitations in theater. All very reasonably classified, not a stunt. And if anyone leaks they should be hunted down and stood up against a wall.

I imagine that’s part of the point. Trump has played many games vs leakers - now he has escalated it to a Most Dangerous Game: you leak, you die.
