We didn't have any say in the criminalization of marijuana. Why should we have any say in the decriminalization of it?

All kidding aside, I'm pretty certain by this point that decriminalization would pass easily by referendum in Virginia, and probably every other state for that matter.

The glory days of the drug warriors are behind us.
