One minor change in the Senate rules will call Nancy’s bluff. Simply add the following:
The articles of Impeachment shall be submitted to the Senate no later than 45 days after passage by the House. Any articles submitted after the 45 days shall be rejected and shall not be considered by the same session of the Senate.
According to the Constitution the articles of impeachment are supposed to be sent over to the Senate in a timely manner. This has gone past 2 weeks and IMHO Nancy is violating the Constitution.
