EXCLUSIVE: Judge in Hunter Biden's Arkansas case will issue order of paternity for VP's son's child as he fights next week's court appearance...

The judge in Hunter Biden's paternity case will issue an order of paternity because it's no longer contested that he is indeed the father of a former stripper's child, according to court papers obtained by DailyMail.com.

Judge Holly Meyer, who took over the case after Judge Don McSpadden recused himself last week, asked Biden's lawyers on Friday to send over papers that redacted the name of the child, whose gender is being kept secret.

The parties will have a telephone hearing over the matter on Monday.

**SNIP**

The most recent filing comes after Biden tried to postpone his court appearance set for Tuesday, claiming he didn't receive 'proper notice' and wouldn't be able to make it because he lives in California.

**SNIP**

It seems he is reluctant to leave Los Angeles, asking to appear by telephone if Judge Meyer chooses not to postpone the hearing on Tuesday.

Next week's court date was originally set by Judge Don McSpadden on December 2, during a hearing which Biden didn't show up for.

Hunter owes child support to his baby mama. Since paternity isn’t contested.

Correct, but there are competing baby mamas and unpaid bills plus an investigation that is getting hotter.

It sounds like Humper is afraid to be served papers on another matter(s).

It is looking for his assets to determine how much he owes. Problematical since it is quite possible that much of his money is illegal.

Ok. Sometimes I’m guilty of glancing at a headline and reacting, a bad habit

Don’t try this at home!

From Hunter’s filing:

"Defendant resides in California and is unable to appear on January 7, 2020.”

He’s already told the same Court he’s unemployed.

But he’s too busy to make a silly Court date.

He’s too poor to afford airfare to ARK but he’s well heeled enough to afford a $14,000 a month home in Beverly Hills? What a putz.

I’m waiting for him to declare he’s on SSI, food assistance and Medicaid.

From Left Field and out of nowhere, in a an empty Courthouse on New Year’s Eve, the Judge stepped aside and recused himself.

The Bidens were upset Hunter had to provide his address, wanted everything sealed, and said that Hunter shouldn’t have to attend Court.

Now, he’s telling new Judge, I can’t make it on that Court date.

I wonder if Hunter fears some type of drug testing order?

I think Family Court orders more drug testing than any type of Court.

"whose gender is being kept secrect"

Bite Me Jr will have a gender reveal party at his swank Cali place using tanerite and burn down the hills of the area, causing the most expensive fire in Cali history...

My take.

Humper’s quagmire should sink Quid Pro Joe’s presidential hopes in a real world, but Slow Joe is a demoncrat so the real world does not apply in this case.

It might be better to settle for one lump payment since he probably won’t have any money latter on.

He’s got plenty of money.

He spends $6,000 a night for 14 days straight. He’s got money, finding the funding source is the issue. Three clubs say he uses a Credit Card that doesn’t have his name on it.

Even better, it’s how much he owes retroactively and it can be be pretty much a huge lump sum.

Humper does not want a court house photo op/perp walk. That would be damaging.
