Maybe they designated him as a terrorist hours before he was killed (making it alright, legally). It might even be possibly that Qais’ statements several hours before his designation (calling his militia to prepare for battle, to expel Americans from Iraq) is why he (and his no good brother) got designated.
If that is the case (Statement, designation and killing; all inside of 24 hours), then we are primed for operations over there, with a very well functioning team.
I will personally be very gratified if Qais and Laith al Khazali have been killed - they have deserved it for a long time.
I suspect possible these guys were stuck in Bagdad and trying to run for their life! They now know if Trump can reach Solheimani ,their greatest terroist leader with all his security protection ,he can certainly find them as well.
Looks like the US is going after the multi-headed Irianian snake!..and quite possible with baghdaad’s leadeership help....though they can never say so.
