Yeah, and besides, he certainly didn’t betray the Vietnam soldiers either, that was done by the Democrats, and if anything, he tried to help the South Vietnamese win the war especially in the event that North Vietnam violated the treaty agreement: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hqYGHZCJwk

Read Mao by Jung Chang and Jon Halliday - the entire Nixon cave in to Mao during Vietnam is detailed in the book.

Yeah, well I’m pretty sure someone who caved to Mao Zedong would have done that “piecemeal by piecemeal” part replacement for the South Vietnamese after Victory in Vietnam Day, which, you know, Prager University did an entire video exposing this.

Besides, Eisenhower deliberately allowed the Soviets to launch sputnik first, caved to them in order to prevent Soviet-orchestrated international protests if we launched first. Should we denounce him as a RINO? Or for that matter him preventing McCarthy from cleaning out Communists?

Sorry, that should have been “Yeah, well I’m pretty sure someone who caved to Mao Zedong would NOT have done that “piecemeal by piecemeal” part replacement for the South Vietnamese after Victory in Vietnam Day, which, you know, Prager University did an entire video exposing this.”

My point still stands. And for the record, I thought Nixon making that deal with China was a mistake.

Actually, if ANY former president came closer to caving to Mao Zedong, it was Nixon’s predecessor LBJ, where he pretty much pitched a fit against the top military brass and ranted about them dragging them into World War III after pretending to listen to their advice.
