A Republican Assembly member says Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb should resign his leadership post after he crashed his state-owned SUV into a ditch and was charged with DWI on New Years Eve.

Meanwhile, I can think of an Upstate principal who recently got nailed for DWI. Not a peep about that.

I’m having a hard time pulling up the name of this female assembly member from western NY who was constantly arrested for DWI in the nineties but she kept her job. Of course she was a DemonRat so it looks like it has been scrubbed.
Projection: Fire every Democrat if they have a single imperfection. All Democrsts should resign for their greed.

Her name is Susan John. She was the head of the New York Assembly committee for alcoholism and drug abuse at the time of her arrest. She claimed that being arrested for DWI actually made her more qualified for that position. She kept her seat until 2010 when she chose to not run again.
Is she some kind of counselor now?
