Kentucky has a similar thing where they vote RAT in local election but vote R in federal elections. They also have a big voter edge there.
KY is very different. Democrats there are conservative and they usually vote R.
Its a safe state for Trump. He’ll win easily in November and they’ll send Mitch McConnell back to the Senate.
