Philadelphia elders were no doubt pleased with police chief outlaw’s coddling of antifa in portland.
Democrats. Its what they used to call, the values, stupid.
No one is born to commit evil. The disparity between the murder rates in Philadelphia and San Diego shows the difference.
But in our culturally relative times, they’re all the same - except from the standpoint of the victims.
Go figure.
The vote fraud there is up the wazoo. Hillary won 91% of the city’s vote in 2016 yet she still lost the state.
DC did exactly the same this year, but the police chief said, “ “Although we have had an overall increase of one percent in violent crime in 2019, crime has continued to drop in our city over the last ten years, even with the population increasing,” said Newsham. “We’ve had around 3,000 fewer violent crimes compared to ten years ago. That’s with an additional 100,000 residents living in DC.”
His silver lining seems a bit tarnished.

So they bring in an Outlaw to head the police department from Portland, Oregon, where idiocy reigns supreme. Is the idea to INCREASE crime rates even higher?

So they fix the crime problem by hiring some one who won’t see any crime! That will reduce those bad old crime statistics.
I was under the impression that Outlaw was hired to address "sexual harassment, discrimination, and racism" in the Philadelphia Police Department.
Philadelphia's homicide rate is of no concern to the Mayor, as long as his police aren't doing any "sexual harassment, discrimination, and racism".
Strict Gun Contol + Dem City Leadership = Extremely High Homicide Rates
It’s an equation that is proved over and over again.

It has more in common with Jersey and NYC than the rest of PA.
If we annexed to Jersey we would be a solid Red state.
