A Christian Skeptic .... I believe in the Bible .... yet, I also believe that it was written from the authors perspective.

Noah likely didn’t sail past Mt.Everest which it is scientifically impossible to submerge in water.

Also ... let’s face it .... Moose come from N.America .... Llamas come from S.America .... Panda’s come from China .... Kangaroos come from Australia.

If all of these animals were saved from death by Noah’s ark, how did they swim back to their respective continents?

But Yes, I believe that Noah existed, that he survived a massive flood, that he saved countless animals, that he believed that the whole world was flooded and every mammal was drowned.....

.... but I do not believe that the earth generated enough water to bury all the mountains ...nor that the Grand Canyon is only 5000 years old!

Believe in the bible .... but don’t stupidly believe that the authors were aware of every fact or did not on occasion include their opinion. Man is Fallible (even occasionally prophetic authors) God is Not!

There is much in Scripture to wonder about. Dennis Prager’s response to the question, “Did God create the world in seven days as we know them? Did Methuselah actually live over 600 years?”, said, “Whether it’s literal or whether it’s metaphor, it is the Word of God.”
