On occasional communication with them. (I used to work for BCBS, State Farm and Allstate ... and 35 shops not mentioned.) And on seeing the quality of their data that goes into my data warehouses.And in what way was the quality poor? Accuracy? How would you know that without direct investigation of the insurance recipients? Record formatting issues? Excessive information? Insufficient information? Failure to adhere to an Interface Contract?
What did you see that indicated the data was of poor quality?
